What is your returns policy for the Christmas period?
Any orders placed between 1st November and 24th December can be returned for a refund or exchange until 10th January. Any orders placed after 24th December will be subject to our usual 14-day returns policy.

What’s included in the Airfix Starter Sets and Gift Sets?
Airfix Starter Sets and Gifts Sets make perfect Christmas presents as they include everything the modeller needs to complete their plastic model kit build. This includes all the plastic pieces, on sturdy sprues, as well as paints, glue, a brush, decals instructions and painting guides.
The main difference between the two sets is the difficulty level. Starter Sets are great for beginner modellers as they have simpler build processes. Gift Sets are usually aimed at more experienced modellers, offering more of a challenge.

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it by the dates below:

- UK Click and Collect by DPD Pickup: Order by midnight 21st December
- UK Standard Shipping (includes Highlands and Islands): Order by midnight 18th December
