Are space model kits difficult?
Our current range of rocket model kits come with a skill level 3, meaning they are best for modellers with some experience building Airfix kits. As you can imagine, the original rockets these kits are based on are huge, with very complex, detailed structures. We’ve had to scale them down to a 1:144 scale to ensure they fit on your workbench, but this results in some fiddlier pieces that children and inexperienced modellers may struggle with.
But watch this space – who knows what will come in future range launches?
