Humbrol No. 21 Black is a Gloss Enamel paint supplied in a 14ml metal tinlet. This solvent-based, fast-dry formula was developed for plastic model kits, but it also works on many other substrates. Humbrol Enamel has been the modeller's standard for decades. Matt, Satin, Metallic and Metal Cote finishes are also available in the same range.

- Gloss finish in No. 21 Black, with rich pigmentation for solid opacity in two thin coats
- One 14ml tin covers approximately 0.3 square metres
- Touch dry in 20 - 40 mins; hard dry in 4 - 6 hours
- Resilient enough for models kept outdoors
- Apply by brush, spray can or airbrush
Ideal For
- Most plastics, resin, wood and metal parts
- Glass, ceramics, cardboard, sealed plaster and sealed hardboard
- Gloss black detailing on wheels, exhausts and panel lines
How to Use
Brush straight from the tin or a palette, or spray from over 25cm with a spray can. For airbrushing, thin with Enamel Thinners (AC7501/AC7430) at 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat, so let the first coat hard-dry before applying the second, then clean brushes with Enamel Thinners.
Warning: solvent-based paint. Use in a well-ventilated area. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
