AE4422 Poly Cement - 24ml
Product Info
This solvent-based cement has a gel consistency and comes in a 24ml metal tube. It melts plastic on application and welds two parts into one solid bond. The thick gel gives you time to reposition parts before the joint sets. Also available in 12ml.

- Gel consistency minimises overrun onto fine detail
- Touch dry in 10 - 20 mins; hard dry in 1 hour
- Cured joints can be sanded and painted like the surrounding plastic
- Solvent-based and classified as hazardous: recommended for ages 14+, with adult supervision for younger modellers

- Large structural joins such as aircraft fuselage halves, tank hulls, and vehicle chassis
- Beginners who want time to align parts before the bond sets
- Tacking parts in position before completing the join with liquid cement
How to Use
Apply directly to the plastic. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat. Use a cocktail stick to apply it sparingly to small areas or fine details. While wet, it can be re-dissolved with Liquid Poly or Precision Poly; once dry, the bond is permanent.
