Airfix Aviation Photo Awards 2025
Maximum entry of two authentic photos, taken between 01/05/2025 and 31/10/2025.
Photos will be judged by professional photographer Darren Harbar and members of the Airfix brand team on impact - quality, relevance to the theme, and creativity. Mobile photography welcome. Please Accompany uploads with as much information as possible, including details of the aircraft, where the photo was taken, and the camera/mobile used.
Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to all Airfix followers aged under or over 18 years old unless other stated, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step" family), of Airfix, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion. Latest entry is 15:00 (GMT) 31/10/2025. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatsoever reason.
Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted directly within 30 days of the closing date and will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details on acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Age restrictions apply to product and merchandise giveaways and will be stated in the description of the promotion and/or product description.
Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Hornby Hobbies takes no responsibility for entries which are not received.
The prize promotion is not open to employees of Hornby Hobbies or of any subsidiary or associated company of Hornby Hobbies or to employees’ family members.
Any entries submitted by agents, or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted unless otherwise granted and/or pre-approved in writing.
Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
The name and town of residence of the winner(s) may be displayed on the Hornby Hobbies websites or social media channels.
Entrants images may be displayed on the Hornby Hobbies websites or social media channels.
The decision of Hornby Hobbies is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
Hornby Hobbies reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site.
