History

The Messerschmitt Me 410 'Hornisse' (Hornet) was developed to address the shortcomings of the Me 210, entering operational service in 1943. It was intended as a fast bomber and heavy fighter, boasting enhanced aerodynamics and more robust Daimler-Benz DB 603A engines. The Me 410A-3 reconnaissance variant was outfitted with cameras, playing a crucial role in intelligence missions across different war zones.
