1. Promotion overview
1.1. This Father’s Day Campaign is an online promotional activity organised by Airfix. Participants must find one of the 5 keywords in order to unlock a 20% discount code to use on in-stock orders at airfix.com. For an additional 40% discount, there is 1 extra keyword that can be used to redeem 40% off (a one-time use) in-stock orders at Airfix.com. These discounts cannot be stacked.
1.2. The promotion will run from 10:00am on 22nd May 2025 until 23:59pm on 17th June 2025.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This promotion excludes employees of Hornby Hobbies Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.3. The competition is open to participants who have consented to marketing.
3. Voucher details
3.1. Each participant that discovers one of our keywords will receive a 20% off discount code to use on any future in-stock purchase at Airfix.com. The 20% off code will be valid from 10:00am 22nd May 2025 to 30th June 2025.
3.2 To redeem the discount code, you must locate one of the five hidden keywords provided through hints on our social media channels. Once you have found a keyword, enter it into the search bar at airfix.com and press enter. The corresponding discount code will then be revealed.
3.3 The additional hidden clue is exclusively available to the first person who emails marketing@airfix.com with the correct code in the subject line. If the code is correct, the marketing team will reply directly with your discount code. Please note: the code expires on 16th June 2025.
3.4.The 40% discount code available can only be redeemed by one person and is available to use on any future in-stock purchases at Airfix.com. This discount code is valid from 10:00am 22nd May until 16th June 2025. These discounts cannot be stacked. Once redeemed, the discount code will no longer be valid.
3.5. The unique codes are only valid for redemption on the website in which all discount codes were found.
3.6 There is no maximum spend limitations associated with these codes.
4 Code distribution:
4.1 Prize codes will be distributed via the Airfix website and by Airfix marketing via email.
4.2 All codes are subject to terms and conditions as outlined in this document and our standard discount code terms and conditions which can be found on our general terms and conditions page under the Voucher / Discount Codes section.
4.3 Please be aware of potential scammers impersonating Hornby Hobbies or our brands. Remember, we will never contact you via social media and ask for any personal details outside of our checkout page. If in doubt, please contact us at customerservices.uk@hornby.com
5. General terms
5.1. All voucher codes must be redeemed by the end of the promotional period, as specified in the terms. Any voucher codes used after this period will not be eligible.
52. Hornby Hobbies Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
53. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decision made by Hornby Hobbies Ltd in relation to the competition.
5.4. The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
5.5. Hornby Hobbies Ltd will not be responsible for any issues arising from technical failures, such as network errors, that may affect a participant’s ability to enter or claim their prize.
5.6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms, including social media networks.
6. Privacy
6.1. Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with the Hornby Hobbies Ltd Privacy Policy. By participating in the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winners.
