The New Airfix 2020 Range Has Landed!

After working on our 2020 range for some time we were very excited to finally unveil our efforts to you on the 6th January.

We have a fantastic selection of over 70 models within our 2020 range, with some wonderful new tooling projects.

The new tooling Bristol Beaufort Mk.1 (A04021) is sure to prove popular

The newly tooled Bristol Beaufort Mk.1 in 1:72 scale has already been greatly received and is sure to prove very popular with aviation enthusiasts and fans of Airfix modelling.

Alongside this, we have another aviation highlight from the 2020 range that cannot be ignored, the mighty 1:72 scale Avro Vulcan B.2, which was first announced at Telford last November. A fantastic new tool from this year’s range, we have listened to your requests and worked to produce a model Vulcan we’re sure you will love as much as we do.

Moving focus to our Military Vehicles now and fans of our range can delight in the addition of five 1:35 scale tanks this year, with two new tooling versions of the Cruiser Tank Mk.VIII A27M Cromwell that is sure to impress.

Plus, we have plenty of new tanks in 1:72 scale for you to explore, including the remarkable Tiger 1, which is another new tooling from our 2020 range.

There is also exciting news for fans of our QUICKBUILD range, with eight new tools of some very popular cars, plus a brand new aircraft.

We now have a QUICKBUILD Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY, a 1968 Ford Mustang GT and the F-35B Lightning II, amongst others.

Another highlight for this year is certain to please fans of the ‘Top Gun’ film franchise, as we are thrilled to re-introduce three aircraft models, the Jester’s A-4 Skyhawk™ (A00501) , F5-E™ Tiger II® “The MIG” (A00502) and Maverick’s F-14A Tomcat™ (A00503) as well as introducing the new Maverick’s F-18 Hornet™ (A00504) and Maverick’s P-51D Mustang™ (A00505).
